Cycling is thirsty work, and you are sure to work up an appetite too. All along the Towns of Thuringia Cycle Route, there are any number of welcoming places where you can stop off and recharge your batteries.
Below is a list of selected restaurants and cafés that are directly on the cycle route. The restaurants in the city centres of Eisenach, Gotha, Erfurt, Weimar, Jena, Gera and Altenburg are not listed as there simply are too many.
